At most times Toys“R”Us Saudi Arabia ensures that you are completely happy with your purchase. However, if you aren’t satisfied with what you have bought, we are more than happy if you change your mind. You can exchange the unused product if you fulfil the following conditions:

• Original receipt (Invoice) is required for exchange and return

• All returns and exchange items must be in original packaging

• An item will be exchanged with another/similar item if it has a manufacturer defect

• Products such as video game systems, software, computer software & videotapes may only be exchanged for the same item that is in the receipt, within 24 hours from the original purchase.

• Non electronic items can be exchanged within 14 days

• Non electronic items can be returned for a refund within 3 days

We will be happy to accept return or exchange of an item with a manufacturing defect. The item should be in its original packaging. Return is allowed within 3 days.

Yes, we do have a loyalty program – our Star Card Program.

You will earn 1 Star point for every SAR 1 spent. Then when you have earned 1000 points, you can save SAR 50 off your next purchase or take a gift voucher to the same value.
Star Card Points can be earned and spent at all Toys R Us stores in Saudi Arabia.

In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, you can leave your details at the customer service desk at any Toys“R”Us store and we will contact you as soon as we receive the requested item.
